Description:

On this ride you will be asked to observe certain things. You will be given a questionaire and pencil at your briefing and you will need to write down certain things you are asked about, There will be Ice Cream and a discussion after the ride is over. Due to the extremely sensitive security measures we must observe beforehand, no directions will be on this site or even talked about before the preride briefing. This ride IS NOT necessarily an Official RIDE, however there will be escorted rides thru the route. However, I recommend in order to receive the full impact of the ride, to please ride it on your own with a passenger, to write down the answers and help with the navigation of the route. This is our secondary fund raising event of the year. Cost per bike is $10.00.

Special Considerations:
This is Baltimore Metro's FIRST observation ride. An observation ride is sort of like a poker run, but different. Come on out and support the Chapter and see what all the fuss is about. This can be done as a single rider, but it can be done more efficently with a passenger, to write the answers and help with the navigation of the route.

Misc:
If you don't know what an observation ride is or even if you do, try this one. It is the first for Baltimore Metro since I have been a member(10 years). try it, you'll like it.We have put together a nice leisurely back road ride for you to enjoy. It should take about two hours, start to finish.

Chapter Events Statement:
Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of the Baltimore Metro H.O.G. Chapter members. There are three categories of activities, all activities are identified as follows:

  • Closed events are those Chapter events which are open to Baltimore Metro Chapter members and one guest per member.

  • Member events are events that are open only to Baltimore Metro Chapter members.

  • Open events are those chapter events which are open to anyone, membership in the Chapter or in H.O.G. is not required.
